I started kickboxing because I was working in the IT industry at the time and spent most of my day at a desk; I wanted a way to remedy my lack of physical activity.

It has been 13 years since I began, and I have truly realized the many benefits it offers—from helping me work stress-free to maintaining my overall health.
In today’s high-stress society, I believe kickboxing is the ideal way to train while keeping both body and mind healthy.

Many people may feel that kickboxing is intimidating or hard to get into, but our gym offers semi-personal and personal training sessions tailored to each individual. We provide attentive instruction, ensuring a program that anyone can join with confidence.
The facility features a luxurious design, based on the concept of providing a high-class experience within a premium space.
Additionally, we operate a real estate business within the same office, so you can consult us about real estate matters alongside your training.
Please feel free to contact us to book a trial session!
